Indeed many people have taken the wonderful opportunity to propose to their beloved. A central piece in a Disney movie, hot air balloons capture a child's innocence and excitement with incredible precision.

Here are 5 best Hot Air Balloon Rides in the world that you need to experience with your loved ones or alone:

Napa Valley, California
While most of Napa's pleasures are best delighted in on the ground with a glass close by, a view from above offers another incredible method to encounter California's well-known valley. On the off chance that you set out from Yountville, you'll be able to see landscapes of Mount St. Helena and the Mayacamas Mountains, with clearing vineyards in the closer view; in the correct climate conditions, you'll even have the capacity to see the San Francisco horizon out yonder. Numerous inflatable organizations offer early lunch and wine sampling bundles with their rides to top off the aeronautical experience.

Maasai Mara National Reserve, Kenya
Hot air expands in Kenya's Maasai Mara National Reserve have filled in as the ultra-sentimental scenery of almost every East Africa safari leaflet since the early years of extravagance tourism (we're taking a gander at you, Micato Safaris). Like the Serengeti, here, natural life spotting is achievable year-round; however, the vistas here are most stupendous when the wildebeest have relocated over the Mara River into the Maasai Mara, ordinarily during July and October.

Loire Valley, France
The Edenic valley in the French heartland is best known for its gathering of dazzling chteaux, however the pleasant towns, clearing greenery, and winding stream characterize the locale as much as its stately homes. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Loire Valley is just two hours south of Paris, making it a simple side excursion from the city. The spring and summer months see the locale in full blossom, making it the ideal time for a dawn or nightfall ride over the rural scene.

Jaipur, India
The strongholds and royal residences of the Pink City are sufficiently noteworthy, yet getting a flying perspective from elevated inflatable trumps a mobile visit unfailingly. Associate over Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds), Amber Fort and City Palace (to name yet three of the city's engineering treasures), before gliding over provincial towns and remote stone sanctuaries. Book a trip for dawn, and you'll see Jaipur spring up. While a closer look is needed to peer at the spellbinding architecture, an aerial view can help you look at the city from a whole new perspective.

Yangshuo, China
The limestone karst arrangements close Yangshuo and Guilin draw guests from everywhere throughout the world, offering a supernatural scene along the Li River that has been deified in everything from customary Chinese works of art to Star Wars. Most experience the locale by pontoon, yet consider a hot air expand ride as an incredible option for dodging the group. Untethered flights take off to as high as 4,900 feet and take you through the karst crests and encompassing farmland, while fastened flights, picking up an elevation of just around 300 feet, offer a similarly engaging alternative for those hoping to remain nearer to the ground.

Sleepless Nights? Tips to Beat Insomnia and Sleep Better

By David Norman

Sleep is just as important for our health as is fitness and nutrition, according to the Sleep Health Foundation. But you are not alone if you are having difficulties with insomnia - research by the Sleep Health Foundation in 2010 using 1512 people (males and females, of different ages, and from different locations in Australia) found that 20% of respondents had frequent difficulty falling asleep, and 35% reported frequent waking during the night.

Sleep problems are quite common, but there are some things you can do to help. Here are three:

1) Challenge myths about sleep.

Your beliefs about sleep can either help you or get in the way of a good night's sleep. It is important to rethink some of those unhelpful beliefs, as this can produce a real change in your sleep quality. We've listed some of the more common myths and the truth about these below:

Myth 1 - "I need 8 hours of sleep per night"

Eight hours is only an average. Some people can function well with less and some people need more.

Myth 2 - "Napping is not a good idea"

Naps can actually be quite beneficial provided they are short (typically less than 20-30 minutes) and not too close to your normal sleep time.

Myth 3 - "A good sleep is one where I sleep solidly throughout the night"

In fact, there we typically have sleep cycles of approximately 90 minutes' duration, and we can move through up to 4 stages of sleep in each cycle, ranging from light sleep (even brief awakenings that we might not remember) to deep sleep.

Myth 4 - "Successful people don't need much sleep"

You may have heard that famous people like Leonardo Da Vinci or Winston Churchill didn't need much sleep. In reality, it isn't as simple as that. Some people naturally need less sleep. Furthermore, some famous people took catnaps, while others would sleep for long periods of time when the pace of work was slower.

Myth 5 - "Dark rings under my eyes are caused by lack of sleep"

Dark rings can often be caused by food allergies or other factors.

Myth 6 - "Alcohol helps me to sleep"

Alcohol may help sleep onset if it is taken early enough in the evening, but later on, as it is being processed by the body, it can actually decrease the likelihood for a person to enter the deeper, more restorative, stages of sleep.

2) Improve your "sleep hygiene".

Engaging in healthy habits associated with your sleep can make a difference to the quality and length of your sleep. Most of these habits are common sense, but it can be helpful to brush up on them by checking the following list:

• Avoid stimulants such as nicotine and caffeine close to bedtime.

• Check that the conditions for sleep are as best as you can make them. For example, make sure you are not too hot or too cold, your mattress and pillow are comfortable, noise is minimised, and light is minimised.

• Try to get some (sun-safe!) exposure to sunlight during waking hours. This helps to regulate the melatonin levels in your body - an important hormone associated with the sleep cycle.

• Avoid heavy or rich foods before sleep as they can lead to heartburn that disrupts sleep.

• Try not to use electronic devices with screens on the bed. Using a device is likely to increase your emotional and/or cognitive levels, and increase activation because of the increased light. Furthermore, you may be weakening the association the mind makes that "bed = sleep."

• Try to avoid naps if it is less than 6-8 hours before your normal sleep time.

• Try to have a regular night-time routine.

• Try not to keep watching the clock if you are having trouble sleeping.

• If you aren't asleep within what feels like 20 minutes in bed, go to another room with minimal stimulation until you feel like sleeping again.

3) Visit a health professional

Sleep disturbances could be associated with a range of psychological, physiological, or medical issues. There has also been increasing awareness that sleep disturbances can be issues in their own right - in fact, the DSM-V identifies 10 sleep-wake disorder groups, such as insomnia disorder, breathing-related sleep disorders, and circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders. If you are concerned about your sleep, then it would be a good idea to talk to your GP or psychologist and they can help to accurately assess your difficulties and provide you with evidence-based treatment options.

Using    ASP. NET for web development multi-lingual support to developers. From data binding to page formatting, using this framework will be a splendid approach if you're heading to handle a web development project.

Identify the Upcoming Trends

Adaptive planning - catching the wave

A small, quick and weak
A big, slow and strong

In nature the big waves as a rule have a low frequency. And conversely a high frequency waves can not obtain a big amplitudes. The waves with big amplitudes can suppress the waves with small amplitudes. What is a tendency? An informational pulse which is involves more and more people by the viral spread of information. It is a low frequency wave which has a big amplitude! The random fluctuations are high frequency waves. Actually the noise is a series of random fluctuations. A new trend brings a new game rules. And the obsolete plan may crash at the new conditions. Nowadays many companies are applying the Agile concept, which is represent by itself a dynamic or an adaptive planning. For example, according to the Agile concept Scrum Methodology, the company teams participants are periodically gathering on the group meetings to evaluate the factors and if required to adjust the plan to the new circumstances.

The analytical forecast based on the collective behaviour

The window of opportunity

To overcome the complicated labyrinths we need to plan the routes. Which is involves the sufficient consumption of financial and time resources. Meanwhile we can pass through the simple labyrinths even without any plan. The pathway without any obstacle or a fewer obstacles is called a window of opportunity.

Observable - predictable - controllable
Able to foresee - able to manage

By the Google trends tool we can to observe and explore the collective behaviour of human community. According to our keywords requests it shows the visual relative amounts of keyword queries from total Google search queries for the defined time frame and geographical region. For monitoring the complex systems, the data visualization has a crucial meaning. The Google trends tool is visualised data in line/bar/pie charts and in choropleth maps. By analyzing the visual data we can to detect the direction of dominating trend. In other words we can forecast the further developments. We can also to export the Google trends data into excel compatible csv spreadsheet. Since the Google trends tool operates with relational data values, we may also to apply it for comparative analysis and find out the interdependencies. If you would like to get the absolute data values then you should to apply another useful tool - Google AdWords keyword planner. http://lifecourse.xyz/google-trends/latest-hot-trending-world-news.html

A Part by Part Account of Orchha History

By Priyesh Nair

Under the British Raj, the Indian Subcontinent was divided into several Vassal states which were also called as Princely States. Although these states had their own native rulers or kings, they were under the subsidiary alliance with the British Raj. Orchha State was one such princely state under the Bundelkhand Agency of the British Raj situated in present-day Madhya Pradesh. It was surrounded by Jhansi District, Saugor District, the States of Bijawar, Panna, Charkhari and by the Garrauli jagir. Let's take a brief look at Orchha princely state history today.

Origins

The Bundela chief, Rudra Pratap Singh established the Orchha State in 1501and reigned as the first king until 1531. He built the fort at Orchha and shifted the capital from Garhkundar to Orchha. Bharatichand was enthroned as the next king but he died without anyone to continue his kingship. Madhukar Shah was his younger brother who succeeded the throne.

Conflicts and battles

Orchha princely state history witnessed a lot of battles and conflicts during the reign of Bharatichand and Madhukar Shah. The Afghan Islam Shah Suri and the Mughal emperor Akbar constantly attacked the state. As per Akbarnama, Madhukar also surrendered lands to Akbar in 1577 and 1588. Some historians believe that Madhukar allowed Orchha to become a tributary state of the Mughal Empire while other historians have stated that he was a rebel in 1583.

Vir Singh was a vassal of Mughal Empire during the reign of Jahangir. He is known for killing Abu Fazl and his reign which ended in 1626. His son Jhujhar Singh became the next king but was defeated by the Mughals and Orchha was conquered by Mughals from 1635 to 1641. His brother was installed as the King by the Mughals. The state never came completely under the Marathas in the 18th century.

Architecture

The Queen of Orchha built the Chaturbhuj Temple during Akbar's reign. Madhukar Shah built Raj Mandir during his reign. Vir Singh built temples in Mathura and Vrindaban. He also built Phool Bagh garden, and the Lakshmi temple. The beautiful palaces like Jahangir Mahal and Sawan Bhadon Mahal were also built during Vir Singh's reign.

Later Kings

Hamir Singh ruled from 1848 to 1874 and became the Maharaja in 1865. Orchha and Datia attacked Jhansi in 1857 but they were defeated by Rani Lakshmibai's army and her allies in August 1857. Maharaja Pratap Singh who was enthroned as the king in 1874, worked dedicatedly towards the development of the state. He also designed many engineering and irrigation projects that were implemented during his reign.

British Raj

In 1811, the state became a part of Bundelkhand Agency. It was also the oldest and the highest in rank out of the entire Bundela State. Spread over an area of 2,080 square miles, the state received a 15 gun salute by the British authority. Its maharajas also got the esteemed title "First of the Prince of Bundelkhand".

Postage stamps and coins

Copper and silver coins known as Gaja Shahi were produced in   history of Orchha state. These coins featured an image of a mace on the reverse. Datia State also copied the same symbol on their coinage. Separate postage stamps were also issued by the state in 1897, 1913, 1914 and 1939. They carried denominations from half-annas to 10 rupees and some of them featured the maharaja's portrait. These stamps were discontinued after the state became a part of the Union of India in April 1950.

Union

The state became a part of the Union of India on 1st January 1950. It first became a part of Vindhya Pradesh state and later became a part of Madhya Pradesh in 1956.

Orchha State gave a marvelous piece of architecture such as Chaturbhuj temple & Raj Mandir. This state was entitled to 15 gun salutes by the British authority. Get more information about Orchha history.

Signs Your Spouse Is Having An Affair And Not In Love Anymore

By James Nussbaumer

As I 'd stated in previous sessions, but in a different way, I've known of this problem rather common for younger couples who still have more maturing about the life they want to live.

Typically one reports, "falling out of love" and is truly disrupted by this shift, where he/she wants to "recapture" those sensations.

The Course in Miracles teaches that, "For the relationship has not yet been changed sufficiently to make its former goal completely without attraction, and its structure is 'threatened' by the recognition of its inappropriateness for meeting its new purpose."

This individual has discovered a "loved one" who has actually exposed some dormant sensations and this individual once again feels a 'turn on' they never had before.

They are determined not to live life to the fullest, which indicates, naturally, feeling the love.

Here are some more relationship tips for these kinds of marital issues:

Sadly, our culture (movies, songs, romance books, soap operas, love, sitcoms) teaches us that this is how it's expected to be:

" Falling in love" is exciting and the implication being, that if it does not happen or if it goes away, then there is a problem.

- A great relationship should grow and build.

The person who was driven to find "that loving sensation through infidelity" typically experiences a high degree of regret, conflict and remorse.

He or she is frequently wed to a "great" person and the desire to "find that caring feeling" seems self-centered (which it is) and immature (which it is).

Falling out of love usually takes place when the fantasy seeker finds that fantasy is not real.

Is Healing the Relationship Possible?

Previously I discussed some of the free information on net about the possibility of rekindling the old love and healing the relationship.

His love for fun and spontaneity, which drew her at first to him, ends up being irresponsibility.

The person "trying to find love" is actually looking for the perfect, somebody out there, who will offer words to him/her that he/she is fine and that everything is OKAY.

This person needs to be loved, or think another needs and wants him/her, since there is an absence of true power within and strong real spirit.

Sexual activity may undoubtedly END the relationship or at least move it to the point where the fantasy seeker becomes, again, realizing there is no fantasy.

This type of affair typically takes place when there is a "lull" in the marriage relationship.

The responsibility to commitment of family, a career not going so well, problems with the children, paying bills, and so on become the focal point for the distracted couple.

Romance ends up being a foreign word.

Be certain to talk to someone who is a professional and take good care of yourself if you are seeing signs of an affair in your spouse.

You can not be the other person, so you can not own his/her feelings and the actions taken leading to infidelity in marriage.

For you to begin surviving an affair means realizing that her/his affair proves far less about you and rather a ton more on the loneliness and emptiness within her/him.

You will want to be a proven display for him/her on what it implies to be an individual with an inner core, with stability, with commitment and reliability and with values, with meaning, with purpose and actively figure out what your requirements are, and get them met.

Remember, the individual "looking for love in all the wrong places," is actually looking for the perfect, somebody, out there, who will say things to him/her that satisfy, whether from the heart or not.

( Please note I also suggest seeking the web for further helpful content on healing from an affair and perhaps mending the relationship if at all possible, or healing to move on in life. )

To success in life and love!

In Search Of Robin Hood

By Dr. Tim G Williams

In all of history there has been no other folk hero or outlaw, sorry Jesse James, that has captivated readers and audiences alike with tales of his exploits during a period in history where so little was actually written down. Though countless ballads have managed to endure through the ages about how this irresistible rouge captured the hearts and minds of the common man some 800 years ago in merry old England. The bandit of Sherwood Forest who has become known the world over as Robin Hood.

Over the course of 800 years, the outlaw from Nottinghamshire who robs from the rich to give to the poor has emerged as one of the most enduring folk heroes in popular culture and perhaps one of the most versatile. Beginning in the 14th century and perhaps even earlier, Christian revelers in certain parts of England celebrated May Day with plays and games involving a Robin Hood figure with near-religious significance. In the 19th century, writer-illustrators like Howard Pyle adapted the traditional tales for children, popularizing them in the United States and around the world. More recently, bringing Robin to the silver screen has become a rite of passage for directors ranging from Michael Curtiz and Ridley Scott to Terry Gilliam and Mel Brooks.

Many baby boomers can remember their first recollection of Robin Hood when Errol Flynn came swashbuckling across the movie screen. It was that movie that really cemented the life and legend of this most famous while some might argue infamous outlaw. After that film so many became fascinated with the mystique of Robin Hood. It took the most recent cinematic achievement that really underscored the actual equivalency of what it really was like during the 12th century. The darkness of the tone of that movie symbolizes how difficult living was in a period in history that was void of any of the modern convinces of today. Sherwood forest was filled with dangers where life was short. A violent and turbulent time was the setting in which Robin Hood lived.

Today, much has evolved and yet much has not. There is a place for a Robin Hood today especially when we really think what is happening in America in the 21st century. What many are really rooting for is another Robin Hood to come riding to rescue that damsel in distress, like in those tales of yore. That damsel in distress is our whole economy especially the financial well being of the 99%. The problem was like it was in 1185 where the noble class, like today's 1% and the Republicans keep attacking the poor and garnishing more wealth in the form of taxes at the expense of the poor, the hungry, the feeble and the sick. When Robin Hood came riding along the hopes of the common man rose. His merry men, took what ever means that were available and necessary to restore charity back to the common folk. His exploits were harold in ballads all through-out the realm. With each subsequent generation many a ballad became more embellished than the other. When so few back in the 12th century could actually write so little of the recorded life of Robin Hood exists today. Like King Arthur the legend has only grown with each passing decade.

Throughout history the image of Robin Hood where writers, performers and filmmakers have probed their imaginations for new incarnations that resonate with their respective audiences. In 14th century England, where agrarian discontent had begun to chip away at the feudal system, he appears as an anti-establishment rebel who murders government agents and wealthy landowners. The violence of the times only highlights the exploits of Robin Hood. Not to say the violence of today's times though not regarded as savage but nonetheless we in the 21st century, live in turbulent violent times. Later versions of Robin's adventures occur when times of less social upheaval exist. This is where they showcase Robin as a rouge aristocrat with a heart of gold with a love interest, Maid Marian.

Academics, meanwhile, have combed the historical record for evidence of a real Robin Hood. English legal records suggest that, as early as the late 12th century, "Robehod," "Rabunhod" and other variations had become common epithets for criminals. But what had inspired these nicknames whether it was the recounting of actual exploits of a rouge outlaw, or a fictional tale, embellished in ballads has only heighted the search for the man known as Robin Hood. The first literary references to Robin Hood appear in a series of 14th and 15th century ballads about a violent yeoman who lived in Sherwood Forest with his men and frequently clashed with the Sheriff of Nottingham.

While most contemporary scholars have failed so far to turn up solid clues, medieval chroniclers indicated that a historical Robin Hood actually lived during the 13th century. The details of their accounts vary widely, however, placing him in conflicting regions and eras. It wasn't until John Major's published "History of Greater Britain" in 1521 that depicts him as a follower of King Richard. Which has become one of his defining characteristics in modern times.

We may never know for sure whether Robin Hood ever existed outside the verses of ballads or pages of books. But, to this day people from all over the world flock to England's Nottinghamshire region for a tour of the places he was thought to have been, especially Sherwood Forest. Robin Hood was one man who has become a legend, a hero and an inspiration for the common man. We really need a Robin Hood today.

The Return of the Prodigal Son

By Robert Alan Stewart

The younger son in this parable told by Jesus in Luke 15 tells of a son who was keen leave home and do his own thing as young people tend to do with disastrous consequences. There is a cost to everything we do and this episode in the younger son's life cost him his inheritance.

The father did not stop loving his son unconditionally though but is interesting to note that the kind of stuff that the younger son was doing would not have been allowed while he was living at home with his father.

After the younger son had spent all he had, he went to work for one of the citizens of that land and ended up working among the swine. Note that when you have no money, your options are reduced. As the saying goes, "Beggars can't be choosy" and the son found this out. He became like the citizens of that land. In other words he became just like them. A person is the product of their peers and with whom they spend most of their time with.

He was jealous of the pigs because they were so well-fed and he was starving but no one gave him anything. Now that is interesting because he had lots of friends when he had lots of money but as soon as his money was gone, so was his friends. That tells us that false friends do no hang around when your money runs out.

Then the younger son came to his senses. He came to his right mind and thought "I will go back to my father and say to him, I have sinned against you and against God, please make me like one of your hired servants."

One has to hit rock bottom before they realise that they need to make a change in their lives. So he set off for home. Some people want their parents to bail them out when their life is in a mess but still want to continue to live the way they have living. It reminds me of the cliche which says, "Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome is insanity."

To change your behaviour and admit that you have made wrong choices in the past takes humility. Your past does not have to equal your future and the younger son in this parable was prepared to make a new start as one of his father's hired servants. It does show that he had a servant mindset.

Each any everyone of us has a choice and no one else can make that for us but we must realise that along with choices there are consequences and the parable of the prodigal son tells us that the younger son made bad choices but and this is important, he owned up to them. The lesson here is that each of us must take responsibility for our actions in order to learn life's lessons. Type 2 Diabetes - A Positive Approach to Treating Diabetes

By Beverleigh H Piepers

A negative mindset will impair your ability to reach a goal, any goal, like you would not believe. Planning is the expected part, especially when there is visualization involved. You may visualize how and where you would like to be in six months' time. It may even boost your mood to think deeply about it. Visualization on its own can be mighty powerful. But execution needs to follow. And this is the barrier most struggle to overcome.

It is not that the execution may be painful, but rather the mindset towards it that plays a more significant role.

It is worth repeating a negative mindset will impair your ability to succeed like you would not believe. Quitting a plan is mostly a decision made after analysis or consideration. Not that stopping is inherently a wrong step to take as is often implied. Sometimes it is smart to focus your efforts elsewhere.

But if your goal is to successfully treat Type 2 diabetes and ensure your blood sugar levels are maintained in a healthy range - quitting is never a wise decision. And the reason most people stop trying is due to negativity, which is often self-inflicted.

If you are aiming to treat or manage this disease successfully, you ought to steer clear of any opinion or belief that hurts your ability to focus solely on succeeding. You need a positive approach to treat blood sugar - one that considers only success and acts according to that end. Remember the consequences you risk by not treating the disease successfully. Consider...

the inconveniences,

the possible emergencies, and the

fact you are setting yourself up for a fatal event, like a heart attack.

Upon consideration of these facts, it is evident you need an approach to treat the disease. Why not devote your efforts to making it a positive one? Realize the basics...

eating well,

exercising, and

controlling your body weight

are the most important steps you can take. So do them well. If you commit yourself to these, that is more than 90% of the work you have to do.

Understand this is all part of a commitment to living a better life - that it is much more than just preventing the complications of Type 2 diabetes. Take pride in working to be healthier. Push through the challenges and pitfalls so you can enjoy seeing the progress you are aiming for. Pushing through the challenges is how you have a positive approach.

Don't dwell on the amount of time it could take, how difficult it can be at times, or the discipline required to stay on track. Do not invite negativity on yourself. If you want to do this badly enough, you will need to hold yourself accountable. Everything else will then fall into place.

Although managing your disease can be very challenging, Type 2 diabetes is not a condition you must just live with. You can make simple changes to your daily routine and lower both your weight and your blood sugar levels. Hang in there, the longer you do it, the easier it gets.
