When this is accompanied by, a relevant, personally inspiring, aptitude, and skill - set, we realize, in most cases, how we proceed, forward, makes a huge difference, in terms of, our inevitable, overall health and personal happiness!
4. Listen; learn; lessons; like/ love: Pay attention, and listen, to what, your inner - self, tells you, and learn, effectively, from these experiences! The lessons of life, should focus, on further, liking your life, and loving yourself! When we feel that way, about our existence, we enhance the possibilities of a happier, healthier life!
5. Time - tested; timely; trends: When we learn, we become capable of using time - tested techniques, instead of needlessly, reinventing - the - wheel! Identify relevant trends, use those which might be helpful, and always, take actions, in a well - considered, timely manner, instead of resorting to procrastination!
6. Healing; honest: It does you, no good, to lie, to yourself! When one proceeds, in an honest manner, he takes, a good, first - step, in a meaningful, healing process!
