How Leaders CREATE Ideas

If one hopes to become a real leader, he must be prepared, ready, willing, and able, to behave like one, and proceed, accordingly! True leaders must go, well beyond, accepting the same - old, same - old, ways and methods, and proactively, introduce, and CREATE meaningful, relevant, effective ideas, which have the best opportunity, to make quality changes, for the better. All too often, we observe individuals, articulate a message, for, so - called, change, rather than, focusing on, how to do, what's needed, and necessary, to perceive, conceive, create, and implement, relevant action plans, which will assist, in seeking the best, most viable, sustainable solutions. With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly examine, and discuss, using the mnemonic solution, why this, is essential, to meaningful, quality leadership.

1. Character; creative; clever; cooperative: It requires, someone with a quality of character, who is driven, by the need, to create, a better organization, which is relevant and sustainable. Going beyond, the same - old, same - old, ways, a true leader must be creative, as well as clever, so he can see, the alternatives, and opt for, the best path to follow. Only when that person, is cooperative (rather than polarizing), will he inspire others, to join him, in his quest!

2. Relevant; reliable; responsive: What good are any plans, unless/ until, they focus on addressing, relevant issues and challenges, in a reliable, responsive way, and looking beyond the ordinary, to seek the extraordinary results?

3. Empathy; emphasis: Leading should be based on the needs, priorities, and perceptions, of those one serves and represents. Only, when one dedicates, himself, to effectively listening, and consistently, learning, will he proceed with the level of genuine empathy, which followers will be inspired, and motivated by! One's emphasis should be, on doing what's best, for those, he is serving and representing!

4. Attitude; aptitude; attention; articulate: How can anyone create and develop relevant ideas, until he proceeds, with a positive, can - do, attitude? A well - developed, refined, aptitude, and a willingness, to realistically, pay attention, to what's needed, and necessary, directs the right person, to pay keen attention, to the necessary focus, and become the best, possible, leader! If, this is combined, with the self - confidence, to articulate an inspiring, motivating message, his ideas develop, a life, of their own!

5. Timely; trends: One can't make a difference, for the better, unless he proceeds, forward, and takes well - considered, timely action! Creativity, combined with understanding the options, and taking advantage of appropriate trends, transforms, mere ideas, to meaningful actions!

6. Energize; excellence: Well - developed, creative ideas, should prioritize, energizing, inspiring and motivating, constituents, to a stronger connection! However, this demands, a commitment, by a leader, to proceed, consistently, demanding his highest degree, of personal excellence!

A leader must, proactively, CREATE ideas, which make a difference, for the better! Are you the right person, to pursue leadership?
