Never Accept Anything Less Than You Deserve

You deserve better than this. You did everything to keep him around, to make him yours forever but to no avail. It doesn't matter anymore because you realize you don't deserve someone who doesn't make you feel good enough. No one does.

You deserve someone who is going to stand for you no matter what happens and who deeply love you whatever and whoever you are. That's the time for you to officially walk away from the man who do nothing to you but hurt you. I don't believe in hoping that change might be possible.

Allowing someone like this to continue to be part of your life is reinforcing the behavior that it's alright for them to treat you like that and make you feel that way. It's not okay. There's nothing else left to add to that. If you're willing to invest your energy, vulnerability and emotion with another human being and they still decide that you're nothing. Then, it's not worth having them.

We deserve someone who will understand and love us for simply being us, someone who looks at us the same way we look at them. Nothing more and nothing less. However, there's always this gap between what we know and how we actually feel.

There's no point in willingly giving someone everything you have when you know they can't give that back to you in return. When someone treats you like you're nothing, help them narrow their choice by removing yourself from their options. Sometimes you can mean almost nothing to someone who means so much to you. It's not pride at all but self-respect.

Don't give part-time people a full-time position in your life. Never accept anything less than you deserve. Remember, you teach people how to treat you. Sometimes, people over-value themselves or under-value themselves. There are even some who don't know how to value themselves at all.

It's not such a big deal to try to impress the world, but in the process of self-evaluation it is important to figure out exactly who you are and what you want out of life.

If you don't regard yourself greatly, the tendency is finding yourself settling for anything. In other words, you will accept any version of a friendship or relationship. However, the irony of this is that if you think too highly of yourself you will never make meaningful relationships because you will always feel like you deserve better than what is being placed in front of you.

Don't get yourself caught up with someone like this. There are better relationships just around the corner with people who truly cares and wants the best for us.

This is about learning from our previous relationship. If people value us less, then we have to let them go. There's no sense playing as a sacrificial lamb.
